Alistair Cragg's best time this season is 13:32.76. Best loser's time was 13:27.06, so Cragg may have to crank it up a bit today.

Nine laps to go, Cragg is 16th. Strung out but still together.
Eight laps to go, Cragg is 17th. Still one long string kept together.
The pace looks a tad slow.
A gap has appeared between Cragg and the leading group. He is trying to close.
Seven laps to go, Cragg is 18th and has fallen behind the lead group. Top five and five fastest losers through.
Pace has stepped up and Alistair Cragg is quite isolated 20m behind the lead group of 15.
Cragg is 18th with six laps to go, but has got back into the slipstream and rejoined the lead group.
Rupp, who was silver medallist behind training partner Mo Farah in the 10k, taking them on, after Craig Mottram had done the early donkey work. It's certainly not excessively fast.
What's happening with Cragg? If it's slow then he should be able to keep up.
