Derek Burnett is happy with his score of 24 in the first round. He only has two Croatian shooters ahead of him on 25 and he will be back on the range at around 11am.

The Women's marathon is up at 11 with the Dublin trio of Linda Byrne, Ava Huthinson and Caitriona Jennings. Also at 11 Cian O'Connor and Billy Twomey start the second round of the qualifiers in show jumping while Derek Burnett will start his second round in the men's trap shooting.

That thunder mentioned earlier has led to a massive downpour. Been raining since about 10:45 and already it's sodden underfoot, big puddles.
